World Haemophilia Day

The 17th of April is World HAEMOPHILIA Day, a worldwide awareness day for HAEMOPHILIA. This day is observed all around the world to raise awareness about HAEMOPHILIA and other hereditary bleeding disorders. Every year, greater efforts result in more diagnoses and access to millions of people who are uninformed.

The goal of increasing haemophilia awareness has become even more vital as covid-19 has become an intrinsic part of today's environment and has had a significant influence on persons with bleeding disorders.

"Adapting to Change: Sustaining Care in the New World" is the subject for Hemophilia Day in 2021.
